Take a gratitude walk. As you move through nature, notice everything you’re thankful for—big or small.
Maybe it’s the crisp morning air filling your lungs, the way sunlight filters through the trees, or the simple fact that your legs can carry you. Maybe it’s something deeper—like how nature has been there for you, always, no matter what season of life you’re in.
Let today be a reminder: There is beauty here. There is goodness. And you are part of it.
