Hey there, Heroine,
Today’s challenge is beautifully simple—but in a world that glorifies busyness, it might not feel easy.
Your prompt for Day 10:
Find a spot in nature to sit quietly for 15 minutes. Notice how your mind feels afterward.
No distractions. No to-do lists. Just you and the world around you. Feel the ground beneath you, listen to the air moving through the trees, and let yourself be fully present. If your mind wanders, that’s okay—just gently bring your attention back to the moment.
When was the last time you truly sat still? Let yourself soak in the quiet and see what rises to the surface. Maybe you’ll notice something new. Maybe you’ll feel a sense of peace you didn’t realize you needed.
Share your experience in the comments or on Substack Notes, and tag it with #LoveTheWild. How did this moment of stillness feel for you? I’d love to hear what came up.
Here’s to embracing quiet in a noisy world,
Jill
